At AZ Beauty Studio, we value your time and ours. These policies ensure that all clients receive the best possible service and appointment availability.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost, payable before rebooking.
Same-day cancellations or failure to attend will incur a 100% charge of the treatment cost, payable before rebooking.
Failure to settle these charges will result in no further appointments being accepted.
Late Arrival & No-Show
- If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to reschedule depending on the treatment.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged at 100% of the treatment cost.
- Missed appointments without notice will also be charged in full.
- All no-show charges must be paid before any future bookings can be made.
Arriving for Your Appointment
Please arrive on time — no more than 5 minutes early — as we have limited waiting space and may still be with another client.
We kindly ask that you attend alone — this includes friends, partners, and children — to help maintain a calm, focused environment for all clients.
